The hard drive works flawlessly. I have two Hitachi Travelstar 2. Good hard drive The drive is a good replacement for a very old laptop I own. It spins up to RPM and has fast seek time of 12 ms, performing searches, document retrieval, and many more quickly and efficiently. I would buy another one because of the quality of the product.
