In reply to Ruizell Rey's post on October 7, After you have found the right driver for your device and operating system, follow these simple instructions to install it. Tried recommendations as listed above, that didn't work either. Double click the driver download to extract it. Now it will not recognize my Epson Artisan Printer and I cannot use this feature. Run the Combo installer package as Administrator and run through it as usual. Does anyone have a permanent solution other than disabling the firewall?
